Collections

Collections in Querywise are designed to help you organize your queries and reports efficiently. There are two spaces where you can save your work: Private and Workspace.

Spaces

Private: This space is divided into two sections - Drafts and Saved. Drafts are locally saved files that only you can see and edit. Saved files, on the other hand, are stored on a remote server and can be accessed from anywhere.

Workspace: Any work saved under the Workspace will be visible to all members of your team. This is a great way to share your work and collaborate with others.

To further organize your work, you can create folders under each space. For instance, we have created folders like Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for easy segregation of work. You can create as many folders as you want, tailored to your needs.

When working on a saved version of a file, any new changes you make will be local. This means you can revert back to the original file at any time, or save your changes as a new revision. This feature allows for greater flexibility and control over your work.
