Manage Members In Workspace
QueryWise allows you to invite members to your workspace and assign them roles and teams.
Invite Members
To invite a member, navigate to the 'Members' section in your workspace settings, click on 'Invite New Member', and fill in the necessary details. You can then assign them to a team and assign them roles based on their responsibilities.
By inviting members and assigning them to teams, you can ensure that access to sensitive data and resources is appropriately controlled. This not only enhances security but also improves collaboration by ensuring that members have access to the resources they need to perform their tasks.
Roles
In QueryWise, there are three types of roles: Owner, Admin, and Member.
Owner
The 'Owner' has full access across the organization. They have the highest level of control and can manage all aspects of the organization, including workspace settings, member roles, and data access.
Admins
'Admins' are workspace administrators. They have a significant level of control within their assigned workspace, including the ability to manage workspace settings and member roles. However, their access is limited to their assigned workspace.
Members
By default, all other users are 'Members'. Members have access to the workspace resources necessary for their tasks, but their ability to make changes is limited. The specific access and permissions of a Member can be managed by the Owner or Admins.
Understanding these roles is crucial for effective workspace management in QueryWise. By assigning the appropriate roles, you can ensure that all members have the access they need while maintaining control and security.
